Refund Timeline
Service Completion
Customers utilize services provided by Vriters, such as writing, editing, or content creation. The service is considered completed upon delivery or fulfillment of the customer's request.
Claim Submission Period (Day 1 - Day 5)
Customers have up to 5 days from the completion of the service to submit a refund claim if they are unsatisfied with the service provided.
Claim Review (Day 6 - Day 10)
Upon receiving a refund claim, Vriters' customer support team will review the claim to determine its validity and appropriateness.
The review process typically takes up to 5 days, during which we assess the details provided by the customer and the nature of the service rendered.
Refund Processing (Day 11 - Day 25)
If the refund claim is deemed appropriate and valid, Vriters will proceed with processing the refund.
Refunds are processed through our payment gateway provider, Stripe.com. The processing time for refunds is typically 15 to 20 days, depending on the policies and procedures of Stripe.com.
Customers will receive notification once the refund has been processed, and the funds will be credited back to the original payment method used for the purchase.
Total Estimated Timeline
From the submission of the refund claim to the completion of the refund process, the total estimated timeline is approximately 25 days.
